Receiving and Posting. The Grievance Procedure should be clearly posted in the Policy and Procedure Manual and available at the shelter facility. A client will be given a copy of the grievance procedure when a conflict has occurred that cannot be resolved satisfactorily between the client and a staff person or another client, or the client has a complaint about an event that occurred at the Shelter involving that client. The Grievance Policy Form will be read by the client and signed.
