Reclassification Request. If the Union believes that an employee is consistently performing work in a different or higher established classification the Union may request for reclassification. At the request of the Union, the parties will meet to discuss the employee’s reclassification. If agreement is not reached between the Union and Agency Head or designee, the matter shall be referred to the Director for resolution. The employee and the Union will be advised in writing on the disposition of the request. The disposition is not subject to the grievance process.
