A-1 The Hospital recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by the Hospital save and except Head Nurses and persons above the rank of Head Nurses. A-2 The expression "immediate supervisor" when used in this Agreement shall mean the Head Nurse or the first supervisory level excluded from the bargaining unit.
