Recognition of Federation Clause Samples

The Recognition of Federation clause formally acknowledges the existence and authority of a federation within the context of the agreement. This clause typically specifies that the parties recognize the federation as a legitimate representative body, often for employees or member organizations, and may outline the scope of its recognized activities, such as collective bargaining or representation in negotiations. Its core practical function is to ensure that the federation's role is clearly established and accepted by all parties, thereby preventing disputes over representation and facilitating organized interactions.
