Federation Recognition Sample Clauses
Federation Recognition. A. The Board of Trustees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community College, hereinafter referred to as the ―College,‖ recognizes the AFT Everett, Higher Education, Local 1873, AFT, AFL/CIO hereinafter referred to as the ―Federation,‖ as the exclusive bargaining agent for all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community College faculty in the following categories and as further defined in RCW 28B.52: (1) Instruction, (2) Counseling, (3) Library/Media Specialists. Excluded are all other employees.
B. Any group of employees excluded from the bargaining unit may be added to the bargaining unit in accordance with statute and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Washington Public Employees Relations Commission. Matters regarding unit clarification shall also be handled by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC).
Federation Recognition. The Administration recognizes the Federation as the exclusive representative of its employees, as defined in Section 1.2 of this Article, for the purpose of negotiating and otherwise representing such employees in all matters relating to wages, hours and other conditions and terms of employment.
Federation Recognition. The Pittsfield School Committee recognizes the Pittsfield Federation of School Employees, Local 1315, AFT, AFT-Mass, AFL-CIO as the exclusive bargaining representative for all Paraprofessional employees, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), for the bargaining on questions of wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
Federation Recognition. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Board recognizes the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Federation of Teachers Local 2263, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, as the exclusive bargaining agent for all full-time classroom personnel including teachers, paraeducators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, library media specialists and nurses, but excluding department heads, guidance personnel and all other employees of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Board for the purpose of determining wages, hours and other conditions of employment as required in the Public Employees Labor Relations Law Chapter 273A, Section 1, Sub-section XI.
Federation Recognition. The New Bedford School Committee recognizes the New Bedford Federation of Paraprofessionals, Local 2378, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all paraprofessional employees broadly defined as Instructional Paraprofessionals and Non-Instructional Paraprofessionals. Instructional paraprofessionals include the following classifications of paraprofessional: 1:1, small group, classroom, CAN, ASL, ELL, and job coach.
Federation Recognition. Subject to any applicable provisions of State or Federal law or regulation now or hereafter in effect, and in recognition of the fact that a majority of the employees in the unit described below, in an election conducted by the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission in Case MCR-595, have designated the Billerica Federation of Teachers, Local 1677, American Federation of Teachers - Massachusetts, AFT, AFL-CIO, as their bargaining representative with respect to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment under the provisions of Chapter 763 of the Acts of 1965 of the General Court and any subsequent amendments thereto, the Committee recognizes the Federation as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees in the following unit:
Federation Recognition. 2.1 The Northshore Education Consortium Board recognizes the Northshore Education Consortium Employees Federation, Local 4293, AFT MA, AFL-CIO as the exclusive bargaining representative for all those persons in Bargaining Unit A (Professional) and all those persons in Bargaining Unit B (Certified Medical Professionals and Paraprofessionals) excluding all managerial and confidential employees and other employees.

The Committee recognizes the AFT Amesbury, Local 1033, AFT Massachusetts as the exclusive bargaining representative for all personnel engaged in teaching in the Amesbury School Department as defined as bargaining Unit B in the document of recognition of AFT Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and all regularly employed full and part-time nurses, licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists employed by the Committee excluding all confidential and managerial employees and all other employees. The Parties agree to accrete the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst to the Teachers’ and Nurses’ bargaining unit pending negotiations over terms and conditions of employment, including a review of the provisions of the CBA relative to applicability, and wages.
Federation Recognition. The Committee recognizes the AFT Amesbury, Local 1033, AFT Massachusetts as the exclusive bargaining representative for all personnel engaged in teaching in the Amesbury School Department as defined as bargaining Unit B in the document of recognition of AFT Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and all regularly employed full and part-time nurses employed by the Committee excluding all confidential and managerial employees and all other employees.
Federation Recognition. 1. The Committee recognizes the Federation as the exclusive bargaining representative for all Paraprofessionals employed by the Peabody School Committee in the following categories: All persons working as Paraprofessionals and the following classifications, Brailllst, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (▇▇▇▇), Computer Resources Specialist (CRS), Library Paraprofessionals, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) and Sign Language Technical Assistant (SLTA). Said Unit ls designated "Unit C" pursuant to the Certification of the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission in Case No. MCR-909, dated July 11, 1972.
2. There shall be established a Labor Management Committee which will, in conjunction with Unit A will determine the appropriate step and pay scale for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (▇▇▇▇), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) when said positions are included in Unit A.
