Recognition of Stewards. The Employer agrees to recognize up to four (4) Shop Stewards as selected or appointed by the Union. Shop Stewards will be permitted to wear shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ badges providing it does not pose a potential danger to the resident/client.
