Common use of RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and/or exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of establishing salaries, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment for all of its employees in the classifications listed under Appendix A hereto, and by reference made a part of this Agreement, and for such additional classification as the parties may later agree to include.

RECOGNITION. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and/or exclusive bargaining agent for employees in the Bargaining Unit for the purpose of establishing salariescollective bargaining with respect to compensation, wages, hourshours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment for all of its employees in the classifications listed under Appendix A hereto, and by reference made a part of this Agreement, and for such additional classification as the parties may later agree to includeemployment.
