Common use of Recommencement of Service Provision Clause in Contracts

Recommencement of Service Provision. (a) To the extent that a reason for suspension under clause 10.1 has been resolved between the Parties or otherwise ceases to exist, S01VE must all use all reasonable endeavours to expeditiously recommence the performance of the suspended Services to the Client. (b) The Client must pay to S01VE any cost, expense or further Fees in connection with the suspension and recommencement of Service provision pursuant to this clause 10.
