Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements. (a) The Contractor shall provide an inventory of Equipment for each Depot prior to the Eligible Community Service Commencement Date and shall submit an updated inventory of Equipment for each Depot on an annual basis. (b) The Contractor shall retain records for the Blue Box Material that is collected including a record of the number of containers picked up by CMO or a contractor identified by CMO, or the Manager, from time to time and the date on which the containers were picked up. The Contractor will provide a copy of the Contractor’s records if requested by CMO or the Manager.
