Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements. Record Keeping Requirements [326 IAC 2-9-7] Pursuant to 326 IAC 2-9-7 (Sand and gravel plants), the owner or operator shall prepare and main- tain records of the annual throughput, based on a calendar year. These records shall be maintained for a minimum period of five (5) years, and made available, upon request, to the Office of Air Management (OAM).
