Records of Meetings. The Board shall maintain a written record of each meeting. Meeting summaries and minutes shall be kept in accordance with Sections 50-14-1 et seq. and 50-18-70 et seq. of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
Records of Meetings. The Company shall maintain permanent records of all actions taken by the Members, including minutes of Company meetings, copies of actions taken by consent of the Members and copies of proxies.

Records of Meetings. If either party wishes, a stenographic or other record may be made of any meeting between the Company and the Union, or of arbitration proceedings. ARTICLE INCENTIVE PRODUCTION STANDARDS The present method of establishing production standards on the basis of fairness and equity consistent with the quality of workmanship, efficiency of operation and reasonable working capacities of normal operators shall be continued. Permanent production standards shall be guaranteed for the duration of this Agreement unless:
Records of Meetings. The Secretary shall make a record of each proposal voted on and the results of such voting at such Board meeting. The Secretary shall maintain a minute book containing (A) the original Formation Certificate and all amendments thereto, (B) a record of any committee established by the Board, together with a copy of the rules adopted for such committee and a record of the activities of such committee, (C) a copy of the US-DOCS\83202430.20 minutes of Board and committee meetings, including a record of all Board decisions taken at any Board meeting, (D) a record of all Board decisions taken by written consent, and (E) the then-current Member Schedule. The Secretary shall provide each Member with a copy of the minutes of each Board meeting and committee meeting following approval of such minutes at the next regularly scheduled Board or committee meeting.
Records of Meetings. (a) ULT will provide administrative support to ensure that a record of each meeting of the JNC and any sub-committee is made.
(b) The record of meeting is required to state clearly the agreed recommendations and conclusions reached of the JNC.
(c) The record of meeting for all meetings of the JNC and all meetings of its sub- committees is to be included with the agenda papers for the following meeting of the full JNC.
(d) A standing item on the agenda for all meetings of the JNC is the signing of the agreed records of meetings as a fair record by the Staff Side Secretary and the Management Side Secretary.
Records of Meetings. The Consortium Leader shall keep minutes of the Supervisory Board meetings and shall record decisions passed by the Supervisory Board, and shall send a copy of any such record to the other Supervisory Board representatives without delay, but in no event later than ten (10) calendar days after the resolution was passed. Unless the Consortium Leader receives a written objection to any such record within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Supervisory Board representative concerned, such record shall be deemed to be correct and complete.
