Records Required. Franchisee shall at all times maintain: 9.11.1 Records of all Complaints received for a period of three (3) years after receipt by Franchisee, or longer if such period of time is standard for the account records of each customer; 9.11.2 Records of outages exceeding one hour for a period of three (3) years after occurrence, indicating date, duration, area, and the number of Subscribers affected, type of outage, and cause; 9.11.3 Records of service calls for repair and maintenance for a period of three (3) years after resolution by Franchisee, or longer if such period of time is standard for the account records of each customer, indicating the date and time service was required, the date of acknowledgment and date and time service was scheduled (if it was scheduled), and the date and time service was provided, and (if different) the date and time the problem was resolved; 9.11.4 Records of installation/reconnection and requests for service extension for a period of three (3) years after the request was fulfilled by Franchisee, or longer if such period of time is standard for the account records of each customer, indicating the date of request, date of acknowledgment, and the date and time service was extended. A file, which shall be provided to the City on request, showing the area of coverage for the provisioning of Cable Services and estimated timetable to commence providing Cable Service.
