The LAND SURVEYOR will obtain information from the Polk County Property Appraiser’s Office, Polk County Clerk of Courts, FDOT, and Bureau of Land Management to acquire record evidence of parcel ownership, existing right-of-way limits for Avenue K NE and intersecting roadways, certified corner records and horizontal and vertical control and shown on a plan sheet file and in CADD.
