Recyclables. As of the Execution Date designated public curbside receptacles in the Service Area primarily contain Refuse. CONTRACTOR will Collect and Divert Recyclables discarded in existing or additional Recyclable receptacles within two weeks of Director’s request, subject to possible adjustment of the Service Fee for change orders under item B of Section 3.
Recyclables. The current list of household recyclables as established through guidelines released under the authority of the City’s Administrator and such other materials as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.

Recyclables. Franchise acknowledges that although the City requires that Businesses Recycle, Businesses do not have to subscribe to Contract Services from Contractor for Collection of Recyclables; Businesses have three Recycling options:
1. Donating or selling their Recyclables (such as paper or cardboard),
2. Self-Hauling Recyclables to buy back/drop off centers, or
3. Subscribing to Contract Services.
Recyclables. The term recyclables shall mean materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling, including paper, glass, plastic, metals, textiles, automobile oil, and batteries. Refuse-derived fuel or other material that is destroyed by incineration is not a recyclable material (Ref. Ord. 1000, 03/11/03).
Recyclables. Recyclables means materials that have been sepai·ated or kept separate from the solid waste stream, at the point of generation, for the purpose of additional sorting or processing those materials for recycling or reuse in order to return them to the economic mainstrean1 in the form of raw material for new, reused, or reconstituted products which meet the quality standai·ds necessary to be used in the mai·ketplace which shall include , but not be limited to: newspaper (including inse1i:s, coupons, and store advertisements); mixed paper (including office paper, computer paper, magazines, junk mail, catalogs, brown paper bags, brown paper, paperboard, paper egg cartons, telephone books, paper grocery bags, colored paper, constrnction paper, envelopes, shoe boxes, cereal, and other similar food boxes yet excluding paper tissues, paper towels, paper with plastic coating, paper contaminated with food, wax paper, foil-lined paper and cartons, Tyvex non-tearing paper envelopes); chipboard; corrugated Cardboard; glass containers of any color (including brown, clear, and green glass bottles and jars); aluminum (including beverage containers); steel, tin or bi-metal cans; mixed plastics such as plastic containers (no. 1 to 7), except expanded Polystyrene (EPS); bottles including containers made of HDPE, or PET; and, those materials added by the Contractor from time to time. Recyclables do not include Exempt Waste.
Recyclables. Company shall, once every other week, Collect, Transport and deliver to the Approved Processing Facility all Recyclables set out in Carts as part of a bundled service with Garbage. Customers may select the size of Cart, though 96-gallon Carts shall be the default size for Recyclables. Up to two (2) Recyclables Carts will be available as part of the bundled service. Additional Recyclables Carts and services will be provided at the Service Rate set forth in Exhibit 3.
Recyclables. The word "Recyclables" means aluminum cans; corrugated cardboard; glass containers; Mixed Paper; motor oil, newspaper; recyclable plastic containers that have contained non-hazardous products; plastic films; polycoated cartons; Scrap Metals and tin cans.
Recyclables. COUNTY grants to FRANCHISEE the nonexclusive right and privilege together with the obligation to arrange to provide Franchise Services with respect to Recyclables discarded by Customers if prescribed in Exhibit 3A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Customers may donate or sell any or all of their Recyclables to Persons other than FRANCHISEE.
Recyclables. In compliance with AB 341 and SB 1383, Grantee shall provide collection Services for Commercial Customers for Recyclables.
