Recycling Program. Except for those waste materials, recyclable materials and rubbish that are the subject of section 5.1.3 of Schedule 18 of the DBFM Agreement, the School Board shall, for each School commencing from School Availability, carry out a program dedicated to the separation, collection, storage and disposal of materials for recycling including, at a minimum, paper, corrugated cardboard, glass, plastics and metals.
Recycling Program. The Building has a recycling program that includes the collection and sorting of dry-cell type batteries used in office equipment and daily consumables such as paper, cardboard, metals, plastic, glass etc. The success of the Building’s recycling program is dependent on participation by tenants of the Building.
Recycling Program. In the event CONSULTANT maintains an office or operates a facility(ies), or is required herein to maintain or operate same, within the incorporated limits of the City of Fresno, CONSULTANT at its sole cost and expense shall:
(i) Immediately establish and maintain a viable and ongoing recycling program, approved by CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division, for each office and facility. (ii) Immediately contact CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and schedule a free waste audit, and cooperate with such Division in their conduct of the audit for each office and facility.
(iii) Cooperate with and demonstrate to the satisfaction of CITY’S Solid Waste Management Division the establishment of the recycling program in paragraph (i) above and the ongoing maintenance thereof.
Recycling Program. The District maintains a recycling program funded, in part, through proceeds from the sale of recyclable items. Collecting items deposited in recycle bins and containers is a job that may be assigned to unit employees. As such, newspaper, mixed paper, cardboard, plastic and glass bottles, and aluminum cans, etc., deposited in designated recycling containers, waste containers, or left on District property are considered the property of the District. Unit employees are prohibited from collecting and taking District recyclables for redemption. The District shall establish procedures for the separation and recovery of recyclable materials.
Recycling Program. On and after the Commencement Date and provided that no event of default (including the issuance by CRRA of a Notice of Non-Compliance with Delivery Obligations) exists hereunder, for any period with respect to which (i) revenues received by CRRA from the sale of Acceptable Recyclables exceed CRRA’s processing and administrative costs with respect to such Acceptable Recyclables, as determined by CRRA in a commercially reasonable manner, and (ii) the CRRA Board of Directors has declared a surplus with respect to such revenues pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 22a-267(6), as the same may be amended, supplemented or superseded, CRRA shall provide a rebate (a “Recycling Rebate”) to the Municipality for each Ton of Acceptable Recyclables delivered by or on behalf of the Municipality during such period. If so provided, Recycling Rebates shall be provided retroactively for any applicable Contract Year (or portion thereof). Nothing in this Section 3.4 shall establish a claim or any other right of the Municipality to any Recycling Rebate, or impose any obligation on CRRA to declare any Recycling Rebate.
Recycling Program. The County, in cooperation with other local public agencies, strongly encourages the recycling of glass, paper, cans, food waste, and other recyclable or reusable products and materials to reduce the carbon footprint and preserve space in local landfills. From and after the Conversion Date, County and Lessee shall work together to develop programs, materials, and signage to educate employees, sublessees, and visitors on the proper separation of recyclable materials.
Recycling Program. Landlord has instituted a recycling program for various types of non-hazardous waste products Tenant and Tenant’s employees, guests and invitees will generate on the Premises. Tenant and Tenant’s employees, guests and invitees agree to adhere to any and all rules and regulations and any future expense or surcharge Landlord may promulgate with respect to the recycling program and to actively participate in the program.

b. The following government furnished material is not recyclable. For proper disposal of the material refer to the contract or contact the government representative for the project.

(3) Items Identified with National Stock Numbers, Manufacture Plates, Part Numbers and Serial Numbers

(6) Precious Metals (gold iridium, osmium, platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, and silver)
(7) Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, Water Coolers

Recycling Program. The Manager has instituted a recycling program which involves the client placing paper goods in centrally located bins for nightly removal. The Contractor shall instruct its associates to use special care when removing this material from the building into compactors or dumpsters. Specially colored liners shall be provided for recycled products by the Manager. If client elects to have recycled products sorted at individual work areas rather than centrally located depots, Contractor agrees to provide this service at no additional cost to Manager or Client.
