Reduction in Pay. An employee working less than the prescribed number of hours (40) in the work week shall have his pay reduced by his hourly rate except: a. Hours not worked due to illness or other causes as provided by State statute as paid released time. b. Hours not worked for which prior approval for absence or reduction of assigned work week hours has been granted by the office of the Business Administrator.
