The "Refreshes" clause defines the process and conditions under which certain resources, entitlements, or service limits are reset or renewed within a contract period. Refreshes. Included in the Base Fees, P▇▇▇▇ Systems will implement the refresh of Equipment in accordance with the following requirements: (i) Unless otherwise directed by GPI, P▇▇▇▇ Systems will refresh GPI Equipment in accordance with GPI’s refresh guidelines set forth in the Financial Responsibilities Matrix. At each Semi-Annual Technology Review Meeting, GPI will notify P▇▇▇▇ Systems of any deviation from such refresh policy, and which GPI Equipment will be impacted from any such deviation. (ii) P▇▇▇▇ Systems will refresh P▇▇▇▇ Systems Equipment, P▇▇▇▇ Systems Tools, P▇▇▇▇ Systems Software and P▇▇▇▇ Systems Third Party Software as necessary to ensure that (x) P▇▇▇▇ Systems Equipment, P▇▇▇▇ Systems Tools, P▇▇▇▇ Systems Software and P▇▇▇▇ Systems Third Party Software have sufficient capacity and capabilities to allow P▇▇▇▇ Systems to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and (y) P▇▇▇▇ Systems remains at all times a Tier One Provider with respect to the Designated Services.
Refreshes. NTT DATA will implement the refresh of Equipment in accordance with the following requirements: (i) NTT DATA will refresh GPI Equipment in accordance with an agreed-to Project. (ii) NTT DATA will refresh NTT DATA Equipment, NTT DATA Tools, NTT DATA Software and NTT DATA Third Party Software as necessary to ensure that (x) NTT DATA Equipment, NTT DATA Tools, NTT DATA Software and NTT DATA Third Party Software have sufficient capacity and capabilities to allow NTT DATA to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and (y) NTT DATA remains at all times a Tier One Provider with respect to the Designated Services.
Refreshes. The number and frequency of refreshes included in Goods and Services at no additional cost: one (1) up to the date on which all Goods modules have achieved component certification, meaning the completion of the overall implementation and successful transition to support, and up to one (1) per quarter or as necessary; Purchaser-requested refreshes will require a minimum of five (5) business day advanced written notice. If the requested refresh would coincide with a scheduled maintenance period, the parties will schedule the refresh as soon as practicable after such maintenance period. Refreshes from an existing environment (and not an archive) to a new environment shall not take more than forty-eight (48) hour to complete once begun. Any refreshes needed during a defined implementation of Goods module as well as any needed as a result of recommendations from Contractor to solve a production related support issue would not count towards the allowable Purchaser requested refresh limit.
Refreshes. Under the direction of IOT, the Contractor shall design, plan, schedule and then execute a biennial technology refresh of the ▇▇.▇▇▇ home page, which includes applications, web services, and web integration technology that integrates with home page and are branded with the same header and footer of the ▇▇.▇▇▇ Home Page. The Contractor shall continuously look to identify emerging technologies and standards to improve capabilities and increase performance. This research shall include user testing and focus groups. As part of biennial technology refresh, the Contractor shall present the findings of such research with recommendations to the State. The Contractor shall be responsible for executing a refresh of the ▇▇.▇▇▇ home page and related non-State Entity pages every other year, at a minimum, and a refresh of State Entity home pages in the alternate year. State Entity websites must conform to the web design standards and layout templates as directed by IOT. The Contractor must then work with each of the agencies to adopt an appropriate template and create a fresh look for presenting State Entity content and links. The Contractor shall keep IOT informed of new software release schedules as part of the overall technology refresh strategy.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Troubleshooting USER AGENCY agrees that its employees will contact the USER AGENCY Information Technology (IT) Department or representatives before contacting SYSTEM PROVIDER regarding issues related to this Agreement. USER AGENCY agrees that if its IT Department determines there is a problem related to connectivity with SYSTEM PROVIDER, the USER AGENCY will contact SYSTEM PROVIDER's IT Help Desk at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and will send an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. After business hours, USER AGENCY may contact the SYSTEM PROVIDER Police Command and Control Center at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ for assistance. SYSTEM PROVIDER agrees to make reasonable efforts to identify and remediate any problem as quickly as possible; however, SYSTEM PROVIDER does not guarantee any specific uptime, nor is SYSTEM PROVIDER liable for any damages associated with performance under this Agreement, including but in no way limited to any downtime.

  • Debriefing In the event that a bidder is unsuccessful, the bidder may request a debriefing from IOM. The purpose of the debriefing is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the bidder’s submission, in order to assist the bidder in improving its future bids for IOM procurement opportunities. The content of other bids and how they compare to the bidder’s submission shall not be discussed.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.
