Refreshments. The Employer shall continue the current practice of allowing employees to access liquid refreshments (within the Employer’s policy) to enjoy at their work station throughout the shift based on operational requirements.

Children are not permitted in the Museum’s exhibit areas without parental supervision. During activities in the party area, the Chaperones should assist the children, when necessary, to keep the activity running smoothly. Security officers made be required for larger groups. Refreshments. The Hirer is responsible for providing their own refreshments and food. The School’s urn and kettle may be used but it is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the urn is switched off after usage. The School has a limited amount of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils which the Hirer may use provided they are all are cleaned and put away after use. The School will ensure that there are detergents for the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment available for the Hirer to use to ensure that the area is left clean and tidy.

Refreshments. .01 The City shall make provisions for supplying refreshments to the firefighters on duty at an incident and/or to those who have worked overtime for a period in excess of three (3) hours, or to firefighters who are called back and required to standby for a period in excess of three (3) hours and which occurs over the normal meal time.
