Regular Attendance. The relationship between you and your provider is a partnership and regular attendance at appointments is a critical part of your care. Although regularly scheduled visits with your provider may at times feel burdensome, this commitment helps assure that you receive high quality care.

Regular Attendance. The ability to attend work regularly and with reliability is regarded as a job requirement. ECSO may examine the total sick leave usage of each employee periodically. If use of sick leave time by an employee appears excessive, ECSO may examine the employee's sick leave reports and conduct any further investigation necessary to identify the cause(s) of the sick leave. When an employee's pattern of sick leave usage appears excessive, ECSO may require the employee to furnish a doctor's certificate for each incident of sick leave use. This requirement shall be for a designated period of time not to exceed ninety (90) days and may be renewed if there continues to be a pattern of sick leave abuse.
Regular Attendance. Students are expected to attend CYM regularly, comprising 30 Saturdays per year, typically spread over 10 Saturdays per term. Term dates are announced in advance each year. Students are expected to attend all activities on their timetable. Additionally, they are required to attend the Activities and Induction Day at the beginning of the academic year and, if selected, the Annual Concert.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences. All conference expenses will be the responsibility of the Federation, unless funding is requested and approved through regular District processes for conference attendance.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
