Regular Business Hours. All services provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be performed during regular business hours at our Service Center. Regular business hours are between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, excluding IIP holidays.

Regular Business Hours.
