REGULAR CHORISTERS Clause Samples

REGULAR CHORISTERS. A Chorister who is employed as a regular member of the Chorus and receives pay for no fewer than the minimum number of work weeks in any year shall receive five (5) weeks of vacation in such year. The minimum number of work weeks shall be six (6) weeks less than the total number of weeks of employment in any year. All other regular Choristers shall receive vacation on a pro rata basis. Vacation weeks shall be selected by The Met and shall be consecutive except when additional weeks of employment require otherwise, in which case no less than three (3) weeks shall be consecutive.
REGULAR CHORISTERS. 1.1.1. The Regular Chorus shall be comprised of thirty-six (36) CHORISTERs. The composite of this thirty-six (36) shall include ten (10) sopranos, eight (8) mezzos, nine (9) tenors, and nine (9) basses. 1.1.2. REGULAR CHORISTERS shall consist of thirty-six (36) individuals each of whom are AGMA members in good standing, and who have met the Qualifications for REGULAR CHORISTERS as described in Section 4, paragraph 5 of this Agreement. 1.1.3. REGULAR CHORISTERS have first right of refusal for such employment as offered by MANAGEMENT under the terms of this Agreement. 1.1.4. REGULAR CHORISTERS are expected to sing within their designated sections. If MANAGEMENT requests that a REGULAR CHORISTER sing in another section, that CHORISTER may ask to be excused from singing in that section and that request shall not be unreasonably withheld.

REGULAR CHORISTERS. (i) Employer shall employ and maintain a Regular Chorus of at least forty- eight (48) Choristers for the opera seasons covered by this Agreement. In the event, by reason of conditions beyond the control of the Employer, it is impossible to employ or maintain a group of at least forty-eight (48) Choristers, the Employer may conduct its operations with a lesser amount without being held in violation of this Agreement. Apprentices or persons having similar positions with the ▇▇▇▇ Opera Center, even if employed as Regular Choristers, shall be excluded in determining whether the provisions of this paragraph have been met. (ii) All Regular Choristers shall be guaranteed thirty (30) weeks of work or a number calculated by starting with the first full week of musical instruction or other rehearsal and counting each week in the performance season in which opera is performed through the last opera in which any Choristers perform, whichever is greater. All weeks of work shall be continuous except that such continuity may be broken by a Christmas break.
REGULAR CHORISTERS. (i) Employer shall employ and maintain a Regular Chorus of at least forty-eight (48) Choristers for the 2018-2019 season, forty-six (46) Choristers for the 2019-2020 season and forty-four (44) Choristers for the 2020-2021 season. In the event, by reason of conditions beyond the control of the Employer, it is impossible to employ or maintain the required number of Choristers, the Employer may conduct its operations with a lesser amount without being held in violation of this Agreement. REGULAR CHORISTERS. All Regular Choristers shall be guaranteed twenty-six (26) weeks of work or a number calculated by starting with the first full week of musical instruction or other rehearsal and counting each week in the performance season in which opera is performed through the last opera in which any Choristers perform, whichever is greater. All weeks of work shall be continuous except that such continuity may be broken by a Christmas break. • 4.2(a): Production staff minimum 20 weeks to become regular. • 4.2(d)(i): Regular ASMs guaranteed 23 weeks. • 4.2(d)(i): Super captain guaranteed 26 weeks. • 4.2(d)(ii): Regular SMs guaranteed 27 weeks. • 4.2(d)(iii): Regular ADs guaranteed 23 weeks.

  • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Regular Full Time employee - Regular full-time employee shall mean an employee employed to meet ongoing operational requirements on a year-round basis and is scheduled to work the full-time hours contained in Article 18. Regular full-time employees who are laid off shall retain their regular full-time status with the Company while on layoff.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Regular Work Day A regular work day shall consist of six and one-half (6½) hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
