Common use of Regular Clerk Clause in Contracts

Regular Clerk. A regular clerk is an employee, who, in addition to the duties of a stock clerk as herein­ before defined, handles cash and waits on customers. In such instances where only one person is employed at a time in a department the employer may classify and pay such person as a reg­ ular clerk.
