Regular Duty Clause Samples

The "Regular Duty" clause defines the standard responsibilities and obligations that a party is expected to perform under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the routine tasks, services, or work that must be carried out as part of the contractual relationship, such as daily maintenance, scheduled reporting, or ongoing support. By clearly specifying what constitutes regular duties, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties are aware of their baseline commitments, thereby promoting consistency and accountability throughout the contract term.
