Regular Full-Time Bus Drivers - Five and One-Half Hours. Regular full-time bus drivers in the Transportation Department are guaranteed five and one-half (5 1/2) hours of work or pay each day they are regularly scheduled and timely report for work (including being on the job for all hours scheduled). (However, this provision is subject to section (11)(B)(1)(b) below concerning 4-hour bus driving positions for employees hired after April 7, 1998.)

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
