Common use of Regular Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Regular Full-Time. Employees who perform bargaining unit work on a full- time basis (37.5 or 40 hours per week) and who have successfully completed a probationary period. Said employees are entitled to pay in accordance with the existing pay plan and benefits as set forth in this Agreement.
