Common use of Regular Part-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employees. Part-time Employees shall be those who work on average less than forty (40) hours and not less than twenty (20) hours per calendar week at the rate established for their respective classifications (subject to B6.02 (c)).

Part-time Employees shall be those who are regularly scheduled to work on average less at least twenty (20) hours but fewer than forty (40) hours in a work week are regular part-time employees, and not less than twenty are provided certain benefits available under Articles 8, 9, 10, and 12 of this Agreement on a pro-rated basis, calculated based upon the proportion that their work week is to a forty (2040) hours per calendar week at the rate established for their respective classifications (subject to B6.02 (c))hour work week.
