Regular Positions Clause Samples
The 'Regular Positions' clause defines the standard roles or job titles within an organization or under a contract. It typically outlines which positions are considered regular, as opposed to temporary, part-time, or contract roles, and may specify eligibility for certain benefits or employment terms. By clearly distinguishing regular positions, this clause ensures clarity in employment status, helps manage expectations regarding job security and benefits, and supports consistent application of company policies.
