Common use of Regular Shifts Clause in Contracts

Regular Shifts. The Company must establish regular shifts for all employees which shall not be changed without twenty-four (24) hours posted notice. However, if an employee is required to report before his regular starting time, he will be advised prior to the completion of his previous shift.
