Common use of Regular Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Regular Work Hours. The regular workday for employees shall be eight (8) hours and shall be determined from midnight of one day until midnight of the next day. The normal workweek for employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five consecutive workdays followed by two (2) days off. Those hours worked in excess of forty (40) in any workweek will be governed by the overtime section of this agreement.

Regular Work Hours. The regular workday for employees working day shall be consist of eight (8) hours labor commencing at 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon, and from 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. in the shop or on the job during the regular working week, beginning with Monday and ending with Friday of each week. All labor performed during the hours specified herein shall be determined from midnight of one day until midnight of recognized as regular time and paid for at the next day. The normal workweek for employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five consecutive workdays followed by two (2) days off.
