Common use of Regular Work Clause in Contracts

Regular Work. a) The normal scheduled work week will be thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours and the normal scheduled work day will be seven decimal five (7.5) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. b) For office employees and employees who are not involved with service to the public, the normal work week is from Monday to Friday and the normal work day is seven decimal five (7.5) hours, exclusive of a meal period, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal schedule work week will be thirty- seven decimal five (37.5) hours for full time employees.
