Common use of REGULAR WORKDAY Clause in Contracts

REGULAR WORKDAY. The regular workday shall consist of seven and one-half (7.5) hours within an eight (8) hour period.

REGULAR WORKDAY. The A regular workday for a full time employee shall consist of seven and one-half (7.5) hours within an eight (8) hour periodhours of work within a workday.

REGULAR WORKDAY. The A regular workday shall consist generally consists of seven and one-half (7.5) hours within an at least eight (8) hour periodcontinuous hours of work unless an alternate work schedule has been approved in writing by the Employer. All regular full time Employees are expected to work a regular workday each day of their regular or designated work week unless exceptions have been approved by the supervisor. Employees must adhere to the Employer’s policy on Work Schedules and Attendance.

REGULAR WORKDAY. The regular workday shall consist of seven and one-half (7.5) hours within an eight (8) consecutive hours (including a paid lunch break) within the twenty-four (24) hour periodperiod beginning at the time designated by each Department; except in the case of employees assigned to work four (4) ten (10) hour regular workdays per week.
