Relationship with Service Providers Clause Samples

The 'Relationship with Service Providers' clause defines how the parties to the agreement interact with third-party service providers involved in delivering or supporting the contracted services. It typically clarifies whether the main party can subcontract work, the extent of control or oversight retained over these providers, and the responsibilities for their actions or omissions. This clause ensures that all parties understand who is accountable for the performance and conduct of service providers, thereby reducing ambiguity and managing risk related to third-party involvement.
