Relief Time and Overtime. ESP working overtime will be entitled to an additional 15-minute break for every four (4) hours worked beyond the regular workday. Overtime which is not consecutive to the normal workday shall entitle ESP to an additional 15-minute break for each four (4) hours of overtime. This shall not apply to bus drivers.
