Remote Installation Clause Samples
The Remote Installation clause defines the terms and conditions under which software or equipment may be installed at a distance, without the need for on-site presence. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of both parties, such as providing necessary access, technical support, and ensuring secure connections for the remote process. Its core function is to facilitate efficient deployment of products or services while minimizing travel costs and logistical challenges, thereby streamlining the installation process for both provider and client.
Remote Installation. At Customer’s request, Seller will provide remote installation advice or assistance for Updates.

Remote Installation. Customer shall install the WAPs according to instructions provided by the Service Desk. The Service Desk will provide assistance by phone as needed. Customer will cooperate by providing “hands and eyes” support so that Verizon can implement the device configurations. Customer shall ensure that the WAPs are installed within 10 business days after receipt of the WAPs. Following 10 business days, the “Service Activation Date” shall occur.
Remote Installation. Customer consents to the installation of Software on systems used by Customer, which may be provided through Cloud Services.

1) Connect the IR receiver module to the PC’s serial port(COM1, COM2…) or USB port.There are two types receivers serial or USB
2) After IR receiver and FusionHDTV remote software is installed, please reboot and start the configuration by right clicking the FusionRemote icon at the low right bottom of the screen. If you do not see the FusionRemote icon in the tray, please start the program by Start->Program->DViCO->FusionRemote.
3) Please select the port that IR receiver module is attached and press the any button on the remote transceiver. A Dialog box with the remote transceiver buttons will appear.
