Removal from Site. Design-Builder shall remove from the Site portions of the Work which are not in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and are neither corrected by Design-Builder nor accepted by Owner.
Removal from Site. T he Contractor shall within one month of the termination of this Agreement or within one month of completion of the Services, whichever is the earlier, remove from the forest area any equipment or erections belonging to the Contractor. Should the Contractor fail to remove such equipment or erections within the time specified, it shall be regarded as having abandoned the equipment or erections (but so that the Contractor shall remain liable for all injury or damage caused by such equipment or erections) and the Commission shall be entitled to retain or remove them as it thinks fit. The Contractor shall on demand reimburse the Commission for all costs incurred in removing or disposing of any equipment or erections so abandoned and making good any damage resulting therefrom.
Removal from Site. (a) The Company may, in its absolute discretion and without the need to provide any explanation to the Contractor, direct the Contractor to remove from the Site, or from any activity connected with the Goods or the Services, any Personnel of the Contractor who in the opinion of the Company: (i) has acted carelessly or recklessly in the course of their employment; (ii) poses a threat to health and safety; (iii) is or has been guilty of misconduct; (iv) is incompetent or negligent; (v) has previously been removed from the Site or any of the Company’s sites; or (vi) whose continued involvement in the Services or the supply of the Goods under the Contract is not in the best interests of work on the Site generally, and the Contractor must immediately comply with any direction. (b) The Company may require the replacement, within such time as the Company directs, of any such person removed from Site.
Removal from Site. It is expressly understood that any employee who cannot maintain or be recertified in one or more of the above specified criteria, and/or cannot maintain a Provincially issued Security Guard licence and/or Is removed from the site due to disciplinary reasons shall be deemed to have been removed from a Level four site under the terms and conditions of the current collective agreement. The employee shall in writing advise the company as to their availability. Such written notice shall remain in effect until the employee advises the company in writing to rescind such notice. When overtime becomes available at the site the company shall schedule any such overtime starting with the senior most employee and proceeding to the least most senior employee recycling to the beginning when the list is exhausted. The next subsequent overtime shift that becomes available shall be offered to the next to last employee on the overtime availability list. The company shall continue to offer overtime in a cyclical fashion for the remainder of this agreement.

Removal from Site. Notwithstanding any other term of the Agreement, in the event of any breach of this Article 26, the Relevant Company may: (a) require Supplier, Supplier’s Personnel and/or any other person to leave the Site immediately; and (b) require Supplier and/or any of its Personnel to remove from the Site any material or substance, including any Hazardous Substance, brought onto the Site by Supplier and/or any of its Personnel, at Supplier’s cost, and Supplier shall, at its own cost, ensure such request is immediately complied with and take all possible action to ensure the protection and safety of all works, personnel and the environment.

Removal from Site. The Company may, in its absolute discretion, require the removal from the Site of any person for whom the Supplier is responsible (including all Personnel) who, in the opinion of the Company, are incompetent or conduct themselves in a reprehensible or irresponsible fashion or are otherwise rendered to be unsuitable to continue to be employed by the Supplier for purposes of carrying out the Services or in connection with this Agreement. The Company may require the replacement, within such time as the Company directs, of any such person removed from Site, and such replacement person must have the requisite skills and technical expertise for purposes of carrying out the Supplier’s obligations in terms of this Agreement.
