Removal of Data. Only the minimum necessary DHCS PHI or PI may be removed from the premises of Business Associate except with express written permission of DHCS. DHCS PHI or PI shall not be considered “removed from the premises” if it is only being transported from one of Business Associate’s locations to another of Business Associates locations.
