Removal of Functions from Bargaining Unit. Should the Employer 33 determine that a function or functions performed by a registered nurse should be 34 removed from or transferred outside of the bargaining unit, the Employer will be 1 responsible for submitting the proposal to all members of the AURN/Management 2 Cooperative Committee as set forth in Section 27.2 to provide them an opportunity for 3 review and comment. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the proposal, the 4 Association’s representatives on the committee may call a meeting of the entire 5 committee to present comments and recommendations on behalf of the represented 6 employees.
