  • No Removal or Substitution The Resident may not remove, alter or change any property in the Room which is provided on occupancy or at any other time during the Term, including and not limited to; furnishings, fixtures, equipment, television sets, appliances, window screens, floor coverings and any mattress covering. The Resident shall use all such items only for their intended purpose.

  • Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause.   • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.
