Removing equipment Sample Clauses

The "Removing equipment" clause defines the rights and procedures for taking equipment off a premises or out of service. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for the removal, under what conditions equipment can be removed, and any requirements for notice or restoration of the site. For example, it may specify that a tenant must remove all personal equipment at the end of a lease and restore the property to its original condition. This clause ensures clarity regarding ownership and responsibility, preventing disputes over abandoned or leftover equipment and ensuring the premises are left in an agreed-upon state.
