Replication. Electronic Reseller represents and warrants that it will accurately replicate the Software and Documentation, and that all Software distributed by the Electronic Reseller will not contain any viruses, worms, date bombs, time bombs, or other code that is specifically designed to cause the Software to cease operating, or to damage, interrupt, or interfere with any End User's Software or data.
