7.4 An employee shall have the right to have a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or earlier Local Officer present at any disciplinary meeting involving a supervisor or Management personnel. When a meeting is convened in accordance with this Article the case employee shall be given reasonable time in which to arrange for the attendance of a grievance)Union Representative. Prior to the commencement of the meeting the employee shall be allowed ten (10) minutes to consult their Union Representative.
7.5 A written notice of dissatisfaction/complaint shall be removed from an employee’s record, at a mutually agreeable time, but in no event later than three (3) days after the initial request. The record of employees will and not be used against them for the person at any purpose for something that occurred time, if no other related incident occurs before eighteen (18) months has elapsed. In circumstances of related incidents, associated memos will not be removed until eighteen (18) months after the date of the most recent notice.
