REPORTING AND EVALUATION. 4.1 Failure to submit the reports specified below without due cause shall constitute a failure to fulfil a substantial obligation of this Agreement, in accordance with Article 18. 4.2 The Grantee shall be deemed discharged from its obligation under this Agreement only upon the receipt and acceptance by UNOPS of the reports referred to below and the return of any unspent funds in accordance with this Agreement. 4.3 In addition to those reports required below, the Grantee shall submit any additional reports as may reasonably be required by UNOPS in connection with its obligations to submit reports to the donors and the Government of the Union of Myanmar.
