REPORTING IN PAY. 16.01 Any employee reporting for work on their regular scheduled shift, and who has not been properly notified not to report will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the applicable hourly rate. 16.02 Employees who have commenced the second half of their shift shall be paid for the balance of the shift.
