REPORTING IN PAY. 20.01 An employee who has not been notified in advance not to report to work and who reports for a scheduled shift, will be given at least four (4) hours work, and if no work is available, he will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at his applicable hourly rate except where the Company is unable to provide work for the employee because of fire, lightning, power-failure, or other acts of God resulting in the stoppage of work.
