Reporting of Sickness. An employee who is unable to work because of sickness, accident or work injury shall report this as soon as possible to the employer or the person nominated by the employer. If there are valid reasons why a report cannot be made, the report shall be made as soon as this obstacle is removed. The employee shall also inform the employer as to when he or she expects to be able to return to work. The same applies to employees who have to stay away from work on account of risk of contagion.
