REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTICES. The Borrower covenants that from the date of this Agreement, and for so long as any of the Obligations remain unpaid, any Letters of Credit remain outstanding, the Lenders have an unexpired commitment to lend hereunder or the Issuing Bank has an unexpired commitment to issue Letters of Credit hereunder, it shall comply with each of the reporting and notice requirements set forth in this Article 6.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTICES. Each of Parent and the Borrower covenants that from the date of this Agreement, and for so long as any of the Obligations (other than contingent indemnification obligations) remain unpaid, any Letters of Credit remain outstanding (other than those which have been Cash Collateralized in an amount equal to the Minimum Collateral Amount), the Lenders have an unexpired commitment to lend hereunder or the Issuing Bank has an unexpired commitment to issue Letters of Credit hereunder, it shall comply with each of the reporting and notice requirements set forth in this Article 6.
