Reporting Timelines. (a) The Vendor will provide regular, scheduled reports according to Attachment E-1 Re- ports Schedule. (b) DIR may assess tailored remedies, as allowed under Exhibit B, Terms and Condi- tions, Section 11.02 if the Vendor fails to produce and submit all required reports ac- cording to the schedule provided in this Exhibit.
