Common use of Reports of unusual Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual. occurrence a) death or injury to any person; b) damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; c) any obstruction on the Project, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; d) disablement of any equipment during operation; e) communication failure affecting the operation of Project; f) smoke or fire; g) flooding of Project; and h) such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the IndependentEngineer.
