Common use of Representative Unit Clause in Contracts

Representative Unit. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for all Public Works employees excluding ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Superintendents and the Director of Public Works and all other supervisory, managerial and confidential employees.

Representative Unit. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for all Public Works employees of the Employer in the job classifications set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement but excluding ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Superintendents and the Director of Public Works and all other supervisory, managerial and confidential employees, supervisors, managers, seasonal employees, and personnel department employees.
