Section 1.3 The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with the employees covered by this Agreement, individually or collectively which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Section 1.4 This Agreement shall be binding upon parties hereto, their successors, administrators, executors and assigns. In the event that the entire operation is sold, leased, transferred to, taken over by sale, transfer, lease, assignment, receivership of bankruptcy proceedings such operation shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the life thereof.
